I will do an email campaign that will send out thousands of emails to agents in the area. The email system I use is not just a bunch of words that gets quickly deleted. Realtor’s Tours

I will notify agents in the surrounding area and invite them to an agent only open house. These types of open houses are done on Tuesday mornings typically between 11:00 – 1:00. Having this type of open house allows agents to preview your home, give feedback, and notify the buyers they are working with about your home.

I will use an electronic lock box to allow other agents to show your property. This type of lock box registers who went into your house and at what time. Using this provides extra security for your home and family.

I will place pictures and information about your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This exposes your house to thousands of Realtors and allows them to get all the necessary information about your home instantly.
